Kaleb Tye - Chief Investigator​

With over 17 years of experience, Kaleb has worked in nearly every field of investigations. Kaleb began a career in law enforcement in 2007 in the panhandle of Texas. He was promoted to Detective at the age of 24 and eventually became a Team Leader for his department’s S.W.A.T. Team. During his time as a full-time Texas Peace Officer, he earned several accolades and achievements. He has earned several certifications involving Forensic Photography, Blood spatter analysis and Fingerprint analysis. Kaleb stepped away from full-time law enforcement in the Spring of 2016 and began working to help criminal defense attorney’s all over the state of Texas.

 

​            Over the past eight years, Kaleb has worked in cases involving insurance fraud, civil disputes to homicide. His knowledge and resources from his career in law enforcement have greatly helped in assisting clients with discovering facts about their case and helping achieve their overall goals.

 

Jessica Zak – Owner/CEO​           

Jessica has nearly 25 years of experience as a Private Investigator. She is the founder and CEO of Bulldog Investigations and has a team of over a dozen investigators. Jessica has logged over ten thousand hours of surveillance, contributing to millions of dollars in asset recovery and hundreds of arrests for active warrants. She has also worked countless undercover assignments gathering evidence in many cases. She has devoted her life to building a team of investigators who are highly trained and professional. Jessica takes pride in her role as private investigator and has been retained on many high profile cases.

 

George Fininen – Senior Investigator​           

Although George has less than 5 years of experience, he has quickly climbed the ranks within theBulldog Agency. George does have a background in civil service, and has applied that experience to​investigations. He has logged hundreds of hours doing surveillance and is credited with over 100 arrests from surrendered bonds. George has completed many hours in continuing education courses, both in person and online. He is known for thinking outside the box, helping solve many difficult cases.

Ursula Moralez – Senior Investigator

            Starting her career in 2009, Ursula began working with another private investigator’s firm. There she logged thousands of hours of surveillance and made multiple arrests on bond surrenders/forfeitures. In 2014 Ursula joined the Bulldog team. Here she has been able to build from her previous experience and grow as a seasoned investigator. Her determination and devotion to patient surveillance has been the result of hundreds of cases being solved. Ursula is bi-lingual and is fluent in Spanish, helping serve many of our clients in the hispanic community.
